广州燃气集团有限公司成立于1983年，是广州发展集团股份有限公司的全资下属公司，是广州最大的燃气运营、销售、服务企业，作为广州城市燃气高压管网建设和购销唯一主体，统筹全市高压管网建设和上游气源购销。
目前，企业经营范围主要涉及燃气管网及设施的建设和管理，燃气项目的投资、经营、设计、施工、监理和技术咨询，安装、维修、检测燃气用具，（燃气的）批发和零售，天然气加气等。

Guangzhou Gas Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1983, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Development Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou is the largest gas operations, sales and service enterprises, as the high-pressure city gas pipeline network construction and marketing of Guangzhou only subject to co-ordinate the city high-pressure pipe network construction and upstream gas supply sales.
At present, the business scope mainly involves the construction and management of gas pipeline network and facilities investment, management, design, construction, supervision and technical consulting, installation, maintenance, testing gas appliances gas projects (gas) wholesale and retail, natural gas plus gas.
